PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a portable terminal 12 and a cash machine 16 such as an automatic vending machine having a cash reception/payment function and the like to cash deposits and savings, using an Internet banking system.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 12 such as a smartphone and the like is configured to perform processing to draw cash using an Internet banking system, and allow deposits and savings to be cashed using a cash machine 16 such as an automatic vending machine and the like, in which a bank application 20 allowing communication only with a specific financial institution to be performed is installed into the portable terminal 12, and cashing processing is performed through communication with a cashing application 44 of the cash machine. In this case, it doe snot matter if the cash machine 16 is not connected to a network. Cashing data to be managed by th portable terminal 12 is data dedicated for cashing processing, and has data identification code distinguishable from other cashing data added.
