To improve failure detection accuracy of a corrugated cardboard sheet by reducing an uninspected region of the corrugated cardboard sheet in a failure detection device of the corrugated cardboard sheet, and a failure removal device of the corrugated cardboard sheet and a manufacturing device of the corrugated cardboard sheet.SOLUTION: A failure detection device 40 of a corrugated cardboard sheet detecting a failure of a core B having a waveform shape attached to a rear liner C includes: an imaging device 52 which images the core B of a one-side corrugated cardboard sheet D; an inspection position setting device 56 which sets a plurality of inspection positions in a width direction of the one-side corrugated cardboard sheet D on the basis of width information of the one-side corrugated cardboard sheet D; and a determination device 58 which determines quality of the one-side corrugated cardboard sheet D on the basis of the photographed images at the plurality of inspection positions set by the inspection position setting device 56 from the photographed images imaged by the imaging device 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
