PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of measuring a respiration frequency of an object person who moves about relatively freely.SOLUTION: Regarding a measurement region where a respiration frequency is measured, a plurality of candidate regions which are candidates of the measurement region are set on a body of an object person beforehand, and priorities for selecting the measurement region are set in the plurality of candidate regions beforehand. A respiration detection device according to one aspect of the invention selects the measurement region from one or a plurality of candidate regions captured in a person area based on the priorities, and measures a respiration frequency of the object person based on a change in the selected measurement region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
