To provide a lid for wet tissue capable of suppressing a loss of water content by heating wet tissue when necessary to control it at an optimal temperature.SOLUTION: The lid for wet tissue includes: a pedestal 10 having a hole portion 11 serving as a tissue takeout port; a lid body 20 detachable to the pedestal; and a variable temperature unit attached to a bottom surface of the lid body for controlling a temperature of wet tissue when the lid body is attached to the pedestal. The variable temperature unit includes a bottom lid body 31 and a temperature control section, the temperature control section is installed between the bottom lid body and the lid body, the temperature control section includes a connector connected to an external power supply, a variable temperature element that performs at least one of heating and cooling of the bottom lid body based on current, and a switching section that is turned on and off for the current to the variable temperature element to be flowed and shut off according to ambient brightness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
