PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for notifying a server of a tenant ID without making a user recognize the tenant ID, while reducing an operation cost, machine cost, and search cost.SOLUTION: A communication information controller comprises: a communication information acquisition unit 11 for acquiring a request showing an authentication request; a tenant ID registration unit 12 that when an identification address of the request's transmission source is not included in a tenant ID correspondence table, identifies, by referring to management information on multi-tenant service, a tenant ID corresponding to user information extracted from the request and registers the identified tenant ID and the transmission source's identification address in association with each other into the tenant ID correspondence table; a tenant ID identification unit 13 that when the transmission source's identification address is included in the tenant ID correspondence table, identifies a tenant ID associated with the transmission source's identification address; and a communication information output unit 14 that inserts the identified tenant ID into the request and outputs it as a request with respect to the multi-tenant service.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
