To standardize the remaining battery level of each radio communication apparatus constituting a FAN (Field Area Network).SOLUTION: Multiple radio communication slave units transmit object information to at least first and second radio communication master units via a second communication system, wherein the first radio communication master unit maintains communication by first communication system established with an information processing unit, and every time when receiving first class object information from a radio communication slave unit, transmits to the information processing unit via the first communication system, the second radio communication master unit establishes communication by the first communication system with the information processing unit only for a prescribed time, transmits second class object information received from multiple radio communication slave units and accumulated to the information processing unit while the communication by the first communication system is established, and after completion of transmission of the second class object information, disconnects communication with the information processing unit by the first communication system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
