PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static preventing structure having excellent antistatic properties, a method for producing the same, and a static preventing antifouling structure.SOLUTION: A static preventing structure includes a surface layer formed by at least one of a fine uneven structure and a fine porous structure, where the surface layer has a conductive layer containing conductive acicular crystals. The static preventing antifouling structure includes the surface layer formed by at least one of a fine uneven structure and the fine porous structure and comprises the static preventing structure, the surface layer of which contains conductive acicular crystals, and a fluorine-containing liquid impregnated into the surface layer thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
