To analyze a speed change of a charged particle due to a Lorentz force of a magnetic field.SOLUTION: For a speed change of a charged particle due to a Lorentz force of a magnetic field, a Boris method is known, which calculates an equation of motion in a difference form by dividing it into two steps for obtaining a speed after a predetermined time with respect to an initial speed. As opposed to this, in a kinematic analysis device, modules storing computation formulas corresponding to the individual steps are prepared on the basis of a general formula which is expanded so that the Boris method can be analyzed in three or more steps, and modules corresponding to the number of steps are used to perform the analysis after the number of analysis steps is set by automated setting based on an instruction of an operator or a required accuracy or the like. Thus, the analysis can be performed at with high precision and at high speed as compared with the Boris method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
