PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air cooling device, a gas turbine plant, and an intake air cooling method capable of improving a cooling efficiency by uniformly atomizing mist against air taken from an intake port.SOLUTION: An intake air cooling device of this invention comprises an intake part for sucking air from the surrounding atmosphere; a duct for guiding the air sucked by the intake part to a suction side of a compressor; an injection nozzle for injecting mist into air more upstream side than that of an intake port; a piping extending in a direction crossing with a vertical direction for supplying fed water forming mist to the injection nozzle; a first injection nozzle forming a first mist injection region by mist injected from a first mist injection port; and a second injection nozzle forming a second mist injection region by mist injected from a second mist injection port. Each of the first injection nozzle and the second injection nozzle has a different orientation of the injection port in such a way that the first mist injection region and the second mist injection region may not be overlapped in a plane that is in parallel with a plane where the intake port is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
