PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented soybean milk-containing beverage, with the discomfort flavor derived from fermented soybean milk (e.g. acidity) being suppressed, suitable for long-term storage with high temporal stability.SOLUTION: A fermented soybean milk-containing beverage includes: a fermented soybean milk made from raw material soybean milk fermented with lactic acid bacteria; and a first enzyme treated soybean milk made from soybean milk hydrolyzed by a peptide bond hydrolase.
