PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity charge menu estimation device capable of accurately estimating an electricity charge menu with lower economic load, an electricity charge estimation method and an electricity charge menu estimation program.SOLUTION: The electricity charge menu estimation device has an acquisition part, a training data extraction part, a sample data extraction part and an estimation part. The training data extraction part extracts training data from pieces of purchased electric energy data acquired by the acquisition part. The sample data extraction part extracts sample data to be used for estimation of an electricity charge menu from pieces of purchased electric energy data having characteristics common to the piece of purchased electric energy data extracted as the training data among the pieces of purchased electric energy data acquired by the acquisition part. The estimation part performs machine learning on the basis of the training data, and estimates an electricity charge menu presenting a relatively cheep electricity charge from a plurality of electricity charge menus by using the result of the machine learning and the sample data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
