PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compatibility analysis diagnostic method and a compatibility analysis diagnostic device of coffee and a food product.SOLUTION: Tastes of coffee and food products are analyzed using a sensor, and a difference of tastes between the coffee and food products and a reference liquid is digitized. Then, regarding the food products, from analysis data, an intensity degree of a taste which a person feels, for every category of sourness, bitterness, sweetness, saltiness, astringent taste and flavor is calculated. Then, regarding the coffee, from the analysis data, an intensity degree of a taste which a person feels, for every category of sourness, bitterness, sweetness, saltiness, astringent taste and flavor, is calculated. Then, taste intensity degrees in at least sourness, bitterness, and saltiness are compared, and then combinations of the kind of coffee and the kind of food product having good compatibility, are stored as compatibility data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
