PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of erroneous picking and of additional work when a shelf frontage is changed or added.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional position determination system for determining whether or not the position of a worker that is an object is acceptable comprises: an ultrasonic transmitter 13, worn by the worker, for generating an ultrasonic wave; at least three or more ultrasonic receivers 12 for receiving the ultrasonic wave; and a management server 14 for setting an accepted area and a rejected area in a prescribed space and storing area information indicating the region of each of the set areas, as well as specifying the three-dimensional position of the ultrasonic transmitter 13 on the basis of a distance between the plurality of ultrasonic receivers 12 and the ultrasonic transmitter 13 obtained on the basis of the ultrasonic waves received by the plurality of ultrasonic receivers 12, and storing position information indicating the specified three-dimensional position. The management server 14 compares the area information and the position information, and determines whether the ultrasonic transmitter 13 exists in the accepted area.
