PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately stop shooting of a game ball when a player operates a stop button.SOLUTION: A human body contact detecting device 10 comprises: a detection section 12 and a detection current control section 13 which change the amount of detection current outputted in accordance with contact to a contact section 11 of a human body; an integration circuit 14 which shifts the amount of voltage of a smoothing signal outputted from an output terminal in accordance with the detection current to be input from the detection current control section 13 between permission voltage which permits shooting of a game ball and stop voltage which stops shooting of a game ball; a stop switch 105 which shifts the smoothing signal from the permission voltage to the stop voltage in a delay time shorter than the integration circuit 14 by connecting an output terminal of the integration circuit 14 and a stop voltage supply section where the amount of voltage is a stop voltage, in accordance with an operation of the stop button to stop shooting of a game ball; and a determination circuit 15 which determines the amount of voltage of the smoothing signal is either the permission voltage or the stop voltage to output an output signal in accordance with a determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
