The support frame includes a base member, a base post, and a support arm. The seat member is placed relative to the support frame by the foot plate. The seat member is adjustable. The wall frame includes curved knee frame, a knee wall, and a horizontal support beam. The upright beam extends upward from the base member at an angle toward the seat member. The support arm connects the base member, the horizontal support beam, and the upright beam at an angle to allow performance of a squat in a proper and safe posture throughout the complete squatting movement. The trolley member slides along the upright beam so that the complete squatting movement tracks along the angle of the upright beam.
