The present invention relates to a bicycle for a squat exercise to be driven by a squat exercise which allows a user to perform a squat exercise while riding and smoothly converts the squat exercise of the user into a power source of a rear wheel to induce the user to naturally and enjoyably perform a high quality squat exercise. The bicycle for a squat exercise to be driven by a squat exercise comprises: a base frame to support a weight of a user and provide a space in which two feet of the user are seated, wherein a rear wheel is installed on a rear end thereof; a steering shaft rotatably supported on a front end of the base frame and provided with a front wheel installed on a lower end thereof and a handle installed on an upper end thereof; and a power conversion unit which is installed above the base frame, and supports the buttocks of the user according to a squat exercise of the user to repeatedly perform a vertical movement and circulate a power transfer chain connected to the rear wheel in a forward direction by a vertical movement force to induce the rear wheel to rotate.
