It is an intervertebral dynamic stabilization implant consisting of a stabilization shim (1), a locking pin (2), a locking screw (3) and a flexible strap-shaped connection. the stabilizing shim comprises a recess (12) into which the strap can be passed. the locking pin may engage the shim by displacement following the direction of the main geometry axis of said shim body within the recess such that the longitudinal axis of the locking pin first then coincides with the axis longitudinal geometrical recess, secondly, be perpendicular to the longitudinal geometrical axis of the first strap portion within the recess and, thirdly, parallel to the surface of the first strap portion within the recess. The strap is immobilized relative to the clamping stabilizer shim between the locking pin and the inner wall of the recess.
