From September 2001 till July 2003. we applied "Tibon" implants for stabilization of a segment of cervical spine in operations decompressing spinal canal. The implants are titanium cages in the shape of discus filled with hydroxyapatite, impregnated with bone marrow. They were used in typical operation decompressing spinal canal in the case of degenerative diseases, one or two leveled of cervical spine. In the period of 23 months 176 patients were operated on /68 of them - two-leveled/.In 176 cases we haven't noticed, in earlier and later period, complications excluding one case. Application of implants shortens time of operation, reduces operation injury, allows to avoid neck collar in postoperative period and enables patient to return to their natural occupational activities.
