BOWMAN-BIRK INHIBITOR PURIFICATION AND ISOLATION PROCESS OF GLYCINE MAX AND MACROTYLOMA AXYLLARE

Process of purification and isolation of the Bowman -birk inhibitor of Glycine max and axillare macrotyloma. Is a new methodology for purifying Bowman -birk -type inhibitors of Glycine max and axillare macrotyloma from the extract of shredded and macerated seeds to 20% in solution of sodium EDTA or citrate and subsequent precipitation with ethanol between 60 and 80%. The technique can be used in the preparation of highly enriched formulations of this inhibitor, useful for the prevention of cancer as has already been widely disseminated in the literature.
