HETERODIMER Fc OF IMMUNOGLOBULIN COMPRISING A CH3 DOMAIN VARIANT FOR FORMING AN ANTIBODY OR A FUSION PROTEIN WITH A HETERODIMERIC Fc AT HIGH EFFICIENCY, METHOD FOR PREPARING AND USING SAME
The present invention relates to a heterodimer Fc of immunoglobulin comprising a CH3 domain variant for forming a bispecific antibody, a monovalent antigen-binding antibody and a fusion protein with a heterodimeric Fc with a high yield. The present invention further relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a heterodimeric Fc pair protein, a bispecific antibody, a monovalent antigen-binding antibody and a fusion protein. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing a heterodimeric Fc pair protein. An expression level, a yield and a thermodynamic stability of the antibodies by the invention are similar to, or more improved than, original wild type antibodies, as the CH3 domain heterodimer by the invention forms a heavy chain constant region with a high efficiency of 90 to 95% or more and also has outstanding heat stability. The bispecific antibody, the monovalent antigen-binding antibody and the fusion protein by the invention can be usefully applied to the treatment or prevention of a disease associated with a target antigen or a target protein.
