Novelty: fresh or frozen products prepared from carob syrup, lentil starch, carob starch and vegetables are disclosed. Ingredients: vegetables and boneless non-fatty fresh sheep, poultry, fish, pig and beef meat. Preparation mode: 1) mincing of the meat, via a mincer, in pieces of 5mm in diameter and at temperature up to 4 deg. Celcius; mixing in a blender with lentil starch (6%), sea salt, natural spices and vegetables; addition of extra virgin olive oil (2%), carob syrup ( 2%) and carob starch (5%); production of fresh hamburgers, sudzhuks, meat balls via a shaping machine and fresh or thermally-processed charcuterie products - sausages via a sausage filler. Advantage: the resulted preparations are free of barley, wheat and other sugars and can be consumed by persons suffering from diabetes and celiac disease.
