摘要

The present disclosure is related to the development of a nozzle for mixing and depositing polyurethane foams in multi-axis deposition processes, for the generation of solid pieces, foamed from 3D designs. This nozzle design allows two components for the polyurethane generation, such as polyol and isocyanate. These components are mixed in one of the sections of the same, and by different pressure conditions, the rheological flow of the same is controlled, between forming layers, since unlike conventional deposition processes, there is no preceding solid, other than the one that is inside the nozzle. The deposition processes control is based on controlling the flows and changes in pressure of the components. This design also allows controlling the compositions of the elements of the mixture so that pieces with different densities and textures can be generated.
