Application of internal, insulated product chamber in the vacuum freeze drier

The proposed solution provides for a new design of the sublimation dryer, characterised by the thermal insulation of the sublimation chamber (2) being built into the desulphurisation chamber (1). This solution results in the same pressure (deep vacuum) during the drying process in both chambers.But otherwise, it's possible to control the temperature in the chambers. For this reason, there is no need to build two separate pressure vessels, which significantly simplifies the design of the dryer, reduced dimensions and increases the efficiency of the drying process. In addition, automatic valves (flaps) are to be used in isolation (4) to maintain an elevated temperature inside the production chamber and to intensify moisture filtration to the desulphurisation chamber. As a result, the intensity of the sublimation process can be further increased by heating the product (e.g. through heated shelves,infrared or microwave emitters) without harmful temperature increase in the desulphurisation chamber.
