According to the invention, the device uses some suitable floats (a and b), one or several dynamos (c), some special blades (d) arranged as to engage with a shaft (e), a suitable bearing structure (f) and various accessories which protect both the environment (g) and the device (h and i) itself, which also comprises particular elements enabling it to reach increased performance.
