The invention relates to a portable apparatus for inducing a deep relaxation state and for holistic healing of the body by means of electromagnetic waves. According to the invention, the apparatus comprises : a power supply source (A2) and a frequency emitter (F2) including: a microcontroller (IC1), a voltage stabilizer (IC4), a multiple wave oscillator whose waves are processed and amplified by an operational amplifier (IC2), a low-pass filter consisting of two resistors (R1 and R2) and two capacitors (C1 and C2) for filtering and eliminating possible harmonics occurring at the level of the resulting wave, a potentiometer (P1) for bringing the resulting wave at a corresponding level, a second amplifier (IC3) for further amplification of the wave and for its adaptation to the impedance of a coil (L1) having the shape of a horizontal eight.
