Cooling system for technological equipment and production and administrative premises consisting of a first cooling circuit which consists of a heat pump assembly (1), a cold water storage tank (6), technological equipment coolers (2), a hot water storage tank (9), a first plate heat exchanger (8), a second plate heat exchanger (8), pumps (5, 7, 10, 12 and 13). The inlet and outlet part of the first plate heat exchanger (8) of the coolant being connected to the return pipe of the hot water pipe (HV) and the inlet and outlet part of the second plate heat exchanger (11) is connected to a boiler water supply pipe (NV) and a second cooling circuit which consists of an absorber cooler (3), a distributor (14), cooling devices of the administrative spaces (4), a collector (15), a third plate heat exchanger (19), pumps (16, 17, 18, 21 and 22), the inlet and outlet portions of the third plate heat exchanger (19) of the coolant is connected to the cold water storage tank (6).
