DYNAMICALLY VULCANIZED ANTISTATIC TPV COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

A dynamically-vulcanized antistatic TPV composite material and a preparation method therefor. The dynamically-vulcanized antistatic TPV composite material of the present invention is prepared from specific amounts of polypropylene, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, an antibacterial agent, a flow modifier, a crosslinking agent, a heat stabilizer and an ultraviolet absorber. The antibacterial agent is evenly dispersed in the obtained dynamically-vulcanized antistatic TPV composite material, and the obtained dynamically-vulcanized antistatic TPV composite material has excellent antibacterial properties and good processing performance, and is easy to process and mold. The preparation method for the dynamically-vulcanized antistatic TPV composite material of the present invention is simple in process, convenient to operate, high in benefits and suitable for industrial production.
