The utility model relates to the methods of processing spicy fish-mud clam burger patty comprising the steps of preparing and measuring of ingredients: finely chopped onions, red and green pepper, garlic, eggs, MSG, powdered chili, soy sauce, breadcrumbs and cooking oil; washing of fish with potable water; grinding the fish meat; washing and boiling of mud clam for 15 minutes; ripping out the meat of the mud clam from its shell; chop finely the mud clam meat; mixed the ingredients together; mold the mixture into circular shape molder with the same thickness; fry the patties in hot oil until it reaches golden in appearance and store the remaining patties at freezing temperature until consumption.
