The utility model relates to the composition of seafood product more particularly to spicy fish-mud clam burger patty. The distinctive flavor of patty is enhance with the addition of mud clam meat into the fish meat as a value added ingredients. The product also contains garlic, onion, red pepper and green pepper, salt, MSG, soy sauce, eggs, chili powder, bread crumbs and oil. It can be produced by mixing all the ingredients together thoroughly in a mixing bowl, molding it into circular shape with same thickness, fry until the patty is golden brown in color. Store the remaining uncooked patties at freezing temperature until consumption.
