A transformed, transfected or transduced recombinant host cell comprising a first vector that encodes the light chain and a second vector that encodes the heavy chain of an antibody, wherein the antibody has the light chain variable region of SEQ ID NO : 35, the heavy chain variable region of SEQ ID NO: 28 and in which the antibody comprises a constant domain of human IgG1 or IgG3.
