A method for preparing bacon comprising (a) providing a slice of bacon; (b) cut the bacon slice into bacon slices; (c) cooking the bacon sheets in a microwave oven for approximately 30-250 seconds; and (d) finishing the bacon sheets in a kitchen sealing unit by cooking for about 3 to 20 seconds, wherein the kitchen sealing unit is a sealing unit by cooking with conveyor belt and directly or indirectly applies flames to the bacon sheets.
