A method comprising: receiving at least a first set of medical images from at least a part of a patient; create a patient-specific three-dimensional model of the patient's portion, based on at least a first set of medical images; insert a dosimeter into a part of the patient-specific three-dimensional model, the dosimeter being configured to measure radiation exposure; irradiate at least a part of the patient-specific three-dimensional model that contains the dosimeter according to a patient-specific radiotherapy treatment plan; scan the specific three-dimensional model for the irradiated patient that contains the dosimeter to provide at least one reading image that represents a radiation dose distribution within the specific three-dimensional model for the patient; and create a fusion-record of (a) the at least one image reading that represents the radiation dose distribution within the specific three-dimensional model for the patient with (b) the at least a first set of medical images of at least A part of a patient.
