The present application discloses a scorpion venom heat-resistant syntheticpeptide andapplications thereof, which belongs to the field of research and developmentof polypeptidemedicines. The polypeptide of the present application is an amino acidsequence of thescorpion venom heat-resistant peptide (SVHRP) which was detected out fromscorpionvenom of traditional Chinese medicine Buthus martensii Karsch (BmK). Ascorpion venomheat-resistant peptide extract sample, which has been proven to havepharmacological activityin prevention and treatment of intractable epilepsy, Parkinson's disease andAlzheimer'sdisease through animal experiments, is treated with LaGm composite andsubjected torepeated fast magnetic separation, and then subjected to nano-liter reversed-phasechromatography and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (nanoLC-ESI-MS)integratedmass spectrometry parallel experiment to detect out a polypeptide sequenceformed by 15amino acid residues; the scorpion venom heat-resistant synthetic peptide,which is prepared bysolid-phase chemical synthesis, chromatography purification and massspectrometryidentification, has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1.Thissequence keepspharmacological activity and safety of the SVHRP, and the scorpion venom heat-resistantsynthetic peptide also has a characteristic of biological activity inpromotion of reversedifferentiation of neuroglial cells into neural stem cells.
