Disclosed is an automatic lipstick filling and twisting production line with a cold air supply function, comprising a conveyor belt device, wherein a filling area (a1) and a lipstick shell twisting area are arranged on the conveyor belt device in sequence, a lipstick filling machine is arranged in the filling area, and a lipstick shell twisting machine for conducting shell twisting on a filled lipstick is arranged in the lipstick shell twisting area; and the conveyor belt device comprises a plurality of conveying steel sheets (a3) pivotally connected together in sequence, with each conveying steel sheet being provided with a lipstick placement box (a4), and a lipstick placement hole (a6) being formed in a top face of each lipstick placement box, and further comprises a clamping air cylinder (a5) arranged on each conveying steel sheet, with a side face of each lipstick placement box being provided with a clamping opening for allowing a power output end of the respective clamping air cylinder to pass through and to clamp a lipstick base shell. By means of the simple and rational arrangement, the characteristics of a piezoelectric material are incorporated into the lipstick shell twisting machine, so that the shell twisting speed is high, the operation is convenient, and a plurality of shell twisting mechanisms can be arranged at the same working station.
