By means of the arrangement of the tooling part (12) and the drive part (13), a fastener being fastened to/detached from a vehicle, the battery of which needs to be replaced, can be completed automatically, so that an energy storage unit can be locked or unlocked automatically, and the precision and stability of the locking and unlocking process can be improved.
