The method comprises: acquiring user habit data for music playing; determining a playing moment according to the user habit data; acquiring a user mood parameter and/or an environmental parameter when the playing moment arrives; determining a target playing list and a playing parameter according to the user habit data, the user mood parameter and/or the environmental parameter; and playing the target playing list according to the playing parameter. By using the present application, the convenience of a playing operation and the user experience can be improved.
