The present invention relates to a screw and, particularly, to a technique relating to a method for manufacturing a shaftless screw that has no shaft, and a shaftless screw therefrom, the method for manufacturing a shaftless screw, comprising: a shaftless unit screw manufacturing step for forming a shaftless unit screw that has no center shaft; a temporary shaft connecting step for fitting a temporary shaft along the center line of the shaftless unit screw so as to carry out a partial tack welding; an outer surface processing step for fixing, to cutting equipment, the both ends of the temporary shaft connected to the shaftless unit screw so as to be rotated and allow the outer surface of the shaftless unit screw to be processed; a shaftless screw module manufacturing step for fitting a plurality of shaftless unit screws to one auxiliary shaft and connecting the end portions of neighboring shaftless unit screws by welding; and an adapter coupling step for connecting an adapter so as to enable rotational force to be transmitted through one end of the shaftless screw module from which the auxiliary shaft is removed.
