In addition, water discharged from the algae-water separator (03) and the filter device (04) is converged in the gas flotation device (07), and after gas flotation processing, on the one hand, clean water is discharged, and on the other hand, after floating matter in the gas flotation device (07) is conveyed to the water tank (09), pressure-filtered water from the water tank (09) flows back to the algae-water separator (03) for circulated processing, such that algae-water separation is more thorough, reducing water algal content in discharged water, and increasing the water algae removal rate.
