In addition, the drained water from the algae-water separator and the filtration machine is collected from the air flotation machine and subjected to an air flotation process and subsequently the clean water is drained and, on the other hand, floating substances in the air flotation machine ar e supplied to the water tank and, then return,together with the water generated by pressure filtration, from the water tank to the seaweed separator for circulation treatment, so that seaweed and water are further separated, with the amount of seaweed contained in the drained water reduced and the rate of algae removal increased.
