Provided is a heterogeneous system comprising: a plurality of calculation devices configured to execute an application; and a host processor connected to the plurality of calculation devices and configured to control power supplied to the plurality of calculation devices. The host processor can determine at least one calculation device used for execution of the application from among the plurality of calculation devices, and perform control so that idle power of the calculation devices remaining after excluding the determined at least one calculation device is minimum during execution of the application.
