The present application relates to a wearable device-based remote monitoring system, a server and a remote monitoring method: when starting to monitor a specific event type, the server acquires a real-time trigger event of the wearable device; when the server acquires the real-time trigger event that occurs for the wearable device, the server determines whether the real-time event type of the real-time trigger event coincides with the specific event type; when the real-time event type coincides with the started specific event type, the server issues a corresponding warning notification. By means of such a method, the present application may intelligently perform targeted trigger monitoring according to different event requirements so as to achieve all-around monitoring for a user, while operation is simple and user experience is improved.
