Disclosed are a power consumption monitoring method and apparatus for computer room equipment based on the Internet of Things, and a storage medium, wherein same are used for monitoring the relationship between the power consumption situation of computer room equipment and the service life period of the equipment, so as to facilitate a user in making power utilization arrangements. The method comprises: collecting the power consumption amount of computer room equipment (S10); recording time information when collection is carried out (S12); and calculating and processing the relationship between the power consumption of the equipment and the service life period of the equipment (S14), and displaying same (S16). By means of the power consumption monitoring apparatus for computer room equipment provided therein, a diagram illustrating the relationship between the power consumption situation of computer room equipment and the service life period of the equipment can be acquired and displayed, so as to facilitate a user in knowing the situation regarding changes in the power consumption of the computer room equipment, along with the service life period of the equipment, in order to make same cooperate with a power utilization plan of the user.
