Disclosed is a milk foam generation device for a coffee maker. The milk foam generation device comprises a milk tank (1), wherein a holder (2) is arranged on the top of the milk tank (1), and a foam generator body (10) is disposed on the holder (2), with the foam generator body (10) being respectively connected to a milk inlet pipe (6), a steam pipe and a milk foam nozzle. A first emulsification cavity (35) is provided inside the foam generator body (10), with the first emulsification cavity (35) being in communication with an air inlet channel, and an air inlet adjustment assembly being provided inside the air inlet channel. The milk foam generation device has a simple structure and facilitates the adjustment of a milk foam emulsification effect.
