An RDF-based model difference data merging method, and computer storage medium. The method comprises: categorizing model difference data: categorizing model difference data into three classes, namely, addition, deletion, and modification; generating an RDF file according to the model difference data: establishing, according to the three classes of addition, deletion, and modification, corresponding namespaces, xmlns:add, xmlns:del, and xmlns:mod, respectively, organizing the model difference data as an RDF standard file, and establishing, in the RDF standard file, execution rules of the three classes of addition, deletion, and modification; parsing the RDF file: a power distribution network system automatically parsing the RDF file to obtain a model to be merged; verifying model difference data and merging: the power distribution network system verifying the model to be merged to obtained a filtered model to be merged, and merging the same with an existing system model.
