A state estimation method for stable operation of a heat supply network based on a bilateral equivalent model, belonging to the technical field of the operation and control of comprehensive energy systems. The method comprises: establishing a bilateral equivalent model of a heat supply network, performing state estimation of a heat supply network operating in a stable state based on the bilateral equivalent model of the heat supply network, establishing a target function of state estimation, establishing constraint conditions for stable operation of the heat supply network, performing state estimation calculation by utilizing a Lagrange multiplier method and a Newton-Raphson method and performing convergence judgment of a state estimation result. By simultaneously considering a supply and return water network, and a heat transfer process, the problem of stable state estimation of a heat supply network is efficiently solved, measurement is completed where measurement configuration is incomplete, and poor data is recognized where poor data exists.
