The smart terminal performs the following steps: receiving questionnaire information input by a user in a questionnaire information acquisition interface; receiving traditional Chinese medicine physical sign information of the user, the traditional Chinese medicine physical sign information being acquired by a traditional Chinese medicine physical sign acquisition device; extracting traditional Chinese medicine physical sign keywords of the user from the questionnaire information and the traditional Chinese medicine physical sign information of the user; determining a traditional Chinese medicine constitution type of the user according to the traditional Chinese medicine physical sign keywords of the user and a preset correspondence between the traditional Chinese medicine physical sign keywords and traditional Chinese medicine constitutions; and searching for a health preserving plan for the user from a health preserving plan database according to the traditional Chinese medicine constitution type of the user; and displaying the health preserving plan for the user. Traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification-based health management can be implemented by means of the Internet, so that users can easily know about their own constitution types and obtain individualized health guidance.
