A traditional Chinese medicine health management system (10) and a smart terminal (1). The smart terminal (1) performs the following steps: receiving questionnaire information input by a user in a questionnaire information acquisition interface; receiving traditional Chinese medicine physical sign information of the user acquired by a traditional Chinese medicine physical sign acquisition device; extracting traditional Chinese medicine physical sign keywords of the user from the questionnaire information and the traditional Chinese medicine physical sign information of the user; scoring the traditional Chinese medicine physical sign keywords of the user according to the traditional Chinese medicine physical sign keywords of the user and a preset traditional Chinese medicine physical sign keyword score table, and summing scores of the traditional Chinese medicine physical sign keywords of the user so as to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine physical sign score of the user; determining a traditional Chinese medicine body constitution type of the user according to the traditional Chinese medicine physical sign score of the user and a preset correspondence between traditional Chinese medicine physical sign score ranges and traditional Chinese medicine body constitutions; and searching a health preservation plan database for a health preservation plan for the user according to the traditional Chinese medicine body constitution type of the user and displaying the plan. The traditional Chinese medicine health management system (10) and the smart terminal (1) realize traditional Chinese medicine health management by means of Internet, so that individualized health guidance is provided for users.
