By determining whether the food temperature starts to enter or is in the maximum ice crystal forming zone of the food, whether the food starts to freeze or is in a freezing process is determined. The freezing process of the food can be controlled based on the determination, and the inner temperature of the refrigerator is regulated, thereby preventing an excessively-high or excessively-low storage temperature.
