The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating adverse drug reactions caused by a statin comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of isoprenoid-based compounds, zaragozic acid, terbinafine and ketoconazole as an active ingredient, or a pharmaceutical composition for combined administration with a statin. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention is a pharmaceutical composition capable of preventing and/or treating adverse effects which can be induced by a statin, that is, which can be induced at any time by the concentration of oxysterol in the body. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention can be widely used for various diseases since the composition can treat and also prevent adverse effects caused by various statin therapeutic agents which have recently dramatically increased in use, and it is expected that the utility of the composition will further increase.
