Provided is a method for controlling a gimbal (20) by means of a pair of smart glasses (10). The method comprises: determining, according to attitude data of the pair of smart glasses (10), whether the pair of smart glasses (10) jitters or rolls back (S10); when the pair of smart glasses (10) jitters or rolls back, processing the attitude data of the pair of smart glasses (10) so as to determine target attitude data (S20); and sending the target attitude data to the gimbal (20) so as to control the gimbal (20) (S30). In addition, further provided are a method for controlling the gimbal (20), the pair of smart glasses (10), the gimbal (20) and an unmanned aerial vehicle (30).
